The methodology used as standard in SAO is a hybrid between the traditional Waterfall and Scrum practices, for each cascade phase several sprints are carried out every week, which allows to test and release minimum viable products. On top of that other practices such as briefings, burndown charts and other agile roles assignment are implemented in all company's projects.
